My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were really nice with an excellent size and great facilities, including a lovely view of the sea and the pool. However, there were some issues with noise from ongoing maintenance works that disrupted my sleep. The service, while friendly and courteous at the Gusti Restaurant by the name of Laxmi, had some lapses when staff were absent on arrival and in the morning when needed. The location was convenient for my business needs and relaxation, but the dining experience had its flaws with food availability and preparation concerns.
